In the rare case that your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving it, along with a clear photo and your order details. We'll carefully verify the issue and either reprint or refund the affected items. Please note that service fees, payment gateway charges, and design setup costs are non-refundable since they involve third-party processing and manual effort.
