Return & Replacement Policy

Overview

At PrintVally, every product is custom-made just for you. Because of this, returns are only accepted for issues such as damage, defects, or receiving the wrong product. We do not accept returns for reasons like design changes, size changes, or personal preferences after production has started.

Our goal is simple — if a mistake happens on our end, we fix it immediately with a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Return / Replacement

You must report any issue within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Issues eligible for return or replacement:
• Damaged during delivery
• Incorrect product delivered
• Defective printing or manufacturing errors

Proof required: clear photos and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Since all items are custom-printed, the following are not eligible for return:

• Wrong size ordered by customer
• Color or design preference changes
• Incorrect customization details provided by customer
• Minor color variations due to screen differences

Replacement Process

Once your issue is verified, we will either:

• Send a free replacement
• Issue a partial or full refund (depending on the issue)

Replacements usually take 5–9 working days after approval.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are processed only when a replacement is not possible or if the product is out of stock. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Payment gateway charges, convenience fees, and customization charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing them. Once printing begins, cancellation is not possible due to the customized nature of the product.

We work hard to deliver high-quality custom products. If anything goes wrong, we are here to fix it quickly and respectfully.
