If a payment fails but your amount is deducted, it is automatically refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days. Convenience fees may apply depending on the payment method.

All prices, taxes, and charges will be shown transparently at checkout.

Since most of our products are custom-printed, returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must inform us within 7 days of delivery along with images and order details.

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Returns for personal preferences such as change of design, size, or color after printing begins are not accepted.

PrintVally may offer referral rewards where users earn discounts or credits by inviting others through their unique referral link.

Referral rewards are issued only when the referred person makes a valid, non-refunded purchase. Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals are strictly prohibited.
